By adding Shipping Protection to your order, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or store credit. Please note that Shipping Protection does not cover instances where shipping information was incomplete or inaccurate.
We shall not be responsible for shipments that are damaged or lost by the shipping agent or stolen in transit or at their final destination if shipping protection is not added to your purchase.

How long does it take to make my collar?
Production lead time for Custom Collars is approximately 1 month or 4 weeks from date of order.
Ready To Ship Collars do not require production lead time as they have already been crafted and are ready to go.
When will my order ship and will I get tracking information?
For Custom Collars, your order will ship in approximately 4 weeks. Ready To Ship Collars ship within 3-5 days of order date. Yes! An email confirmation will be sent out with tracking details for your package as soon as it leaves our shop.
Can I make changes to my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate some changes. Once that 24 hour order window has passed, we are unable to accept changes to your order since work will have begun on your order.
