Policies, Terms and Conditions of Use.

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped via our tracked parcel service.  Delivery times may vary based on destination.

We offer Free Shipping Worldwide with or without Shipping Protection insurance.

US & International Orders:  Fusion By Design Collars shall not be responsible for any duties or taxes collected by your country of residence.  

Lost or stolen packages:  Fusion By Design Collars offers optional shipping protection on all purchases.  We shall not be responsible for shipments that are lost by the shipping agent or stolen in transit or at their final destination if shipping protection is not added to your purchase.  

SHIPPING PROTECTION

By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout and paying a small percentage of your order subtotal, your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. If your order never arrives or is damaged when it arrives, you can easily file a claim with our team and receive a replacement order or store credit. Please note that Shipping Protection does not cover instances where shipping information was incomplete or inaccurate. 

If your package has been marked "delivered", yet you have not received it, please wait at least 3 days, but no longer than 15 days, after delivery confirmation to file a claim.

We will send you a replacement order in the event of:

• A tracked package being marked delivered by the courier but not received
• Packages that are presumed lost
• Packages that arrive damaged

To file a claim, contact us with your Order ID, contact info, and a description of the problem, and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages for which Shipping Protection was declined and any claim shall be denied.

Packages protected with Shipping Protection are only eligible to be replaced once. 

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT POLICY
Canada & United States Only

Fusion By Design Collars does not offer refunds.
Where applicable, we offer exchanges or store credit only.

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for customers outside of Canada and the United States.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

CUSTOM COLLARS
Custom collars are made to order and crafted to your selected specifications.

Design-based returns or exchanges are not accepted.
This includes, but is not limited to:

• Leather Colour
• Hardware Finish
• Crystal selection
• Padding selection
• Overall design choice

READY TO SHIP COLLARS
Ready To Ship collars may be returned for store credit only, provided:

• Request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Collar is unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition
• Returned in original packaging.

Approved Store Credits:

• Issued in Canadian Dollars
• Less original shipping charges, applicable taxes and a 5% restocking fee
• Expires 12 months from date of issue

SIZE EXCHANGES
Custom and Ready To Ship collars may be exchanged for a different size only, provided all of the following conditions are met:

• Exchange request submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Collar is unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition
• Exchange is for the same collar design, size exchange only

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and re-shipment.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If your collar arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
• Shipping fees and shipping protection fees are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Fusion By Design Collars is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

PROCESSING & APPROVAL
All exchanges and store credit requests must be approved prior to return.

Items returned without authorization or outside of policy guidelines will be declined and returned to sender.

 

CHANGE REQUESTS FOR CUSTOM COLLAR ORDERS
We are unable to accept change requests to custom collar orders once your order has been placed.  Please reach out to us prior to placing your custom collar order should you have questions or require assistance.

REPAIRS 
An in-house repair service is available on a limited basis.  While some simple repairs may be offered free of charge, most repairs will incur repair charges.  Send us photos of your collar and we will provide an estimate for the repair.  Shipping charges to and from our shop are the responsibility of the customer. 

Should your collar lose a notion or hardware component and you prefer not to use our repair service, we are happy to drop replacement items in the mail to you.  Simply send us a photo of your collar, showing us what is missing.  Should the item be an item we no longer carry, we'll let you know right away.  We do not offer leather components as part of this service.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By completing the checkout/purchase process, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to all the information provided here.

NEVER LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED IN THIS GEAR.

INSPECT YOUR COLLAR DAILY! Always inspect your FBD collar and leash for wear and tear prior to use.

Customers who use our products acknowledge that Fusion By Design Collars shall not be liable or responsible to any person, pet or entity for loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly by or from the products, information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in any of our marketing material, packaging or website.

• Never at any time place a collar that is too tight or too loose around the dog’s neck.

• Never leave your pet unattended when using Fusion By Design Collars products.

• Fusion By Design Collars are fashion accessories.  They are not a training collar or a walk assist collar.  Fusion By Design Collars should only be used as an accessory collar.

• Owners should inspect the collar and/or leash every time before placing it on their pet. Faulty collars and/or leashes should not be used. Collars showing extensive wear and tear or damage should not be used. The assessment of condition and usability of the collar and/or leash is the sole responsibility of the owner.

• Owners must ensure they buy the correct size for their pet and check the item fits properly prior to use. Please refer to the sizing charts on this website.
