What's the difference between custom and ready to wear?
Ready to wear collars are pre-designed, already crafted and ship faster. They're a great starting point if you know what you want and don't need to build from scratch.
Custom collars are built to your specifications: leather choice, crystal colour, placement, and sizing for your specific dog. Both are made in the same workshop, to the same standard.
How long does an order take?
Custom orders have a standard four-week lead time plus transit time. Ready To Wear collars ship within 1 week. If you order a Custom collar and a Ready To Wear collar in the same order, your order will follow the timeline for a Custom order.
Will this actually fit my dog?
We size from small terriers to giant breeds, including the narrow necks that most collar makers don't accommodate well. Each product page includes a detailed sizing guide. If you're unsure, reach out before you order — we'd rather take five minutes to get it right than have you deal with an exchange.
Are the crystals going to fall off?
