Lost or stolen packages: Fusion By Design Collars offers optional shipping protection on all purchases. We shall not be responsible for shipments that are lost by the shipping agent or stolen in transit or at their final destination if shipping protection is not added to your purchase.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in new condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received no later than 14 days after your order ship date.
Exchanges: Once your exchanged item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement product.
Returns: A store credit for the value of your item less a 5% restocking fee will be issued in Canadian Dollars once your return is received and inspected.

How long does it take to make my collar?
Production lead time for Custom Collars is approximately 1 month or 4 weeks from date of order.
Ready To Ship Collars do not require production lead time as they have already been crafted and are ready to go.
When will my order ship and will I get tracking information?
For Custom Collars, your order will ship in approximately 4 weeks. Ready To Ship Collars ship within 3-5 days of order date. Yes! An email confirmation will be sent out with tracking details for your package as soon as it leaves our shop.
Can I make changes to my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate some changes. Once that 24 hour order window has passed, we are unable to accept changes to your order since work will have begun on your order.

All Canada and US orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel services. Transit time is approximately 5-7 business days from shipping date.

All of our collars are created and made by hand in our workshop in Ontario, Canada. We use a variety of traditional and modern leatherworking techniques in order to craft a collar that will last for the lifetime of your dog.

We source our leathers from the best tanneries in the United States and Europe. Our Bridle and Latigo strap leathers have been chosen for their beauty, strength and durability.
