The collar size you choose will determine the fit of your Martingale. For example, a 10-13” collar size will give you a 10” collar with d-rings touching and 13” when the Martingale is open at its widest.
Measure the circumference your dog's head at the widest point to ensure that the martingale collar will fit over your dog's head when it is open at its biggest size.

How long does it take to make my collar?
Production lead time for Custom Collars is approximately 1 month or 4 weeks from date of order.
Ready To Ship Collars do not require production lead time as they have already been crafted and are ready to go.
When will my order ship and will I get tracking information?
For Custom Collars, your order will ship in approximately 4 weeks. Ready To Ship Collars ship within 3-5 days of order date. Yes! An email confirmation will be sent out with tracking details for your package as soon as it leaves our shop.
Can I make changes to my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we may be able to accommodate some changes. Once that 24 hour order window has passed, we are unable to accept changes to your order since work will have begun on your order.

All of our collars are created and made by hand in our workshop in Ontario, Canada. We use a variety of traditional and modern leatherworking techniques in order to craft a collar that will last for the lifetime of your dog.

We source our leathers from the best tanneries in the United States and Europe. Our Bridle and Latigo strap leathers have been chosen for their beauty, strength and durability.
